Terms of service
The service
Health Staff Advisory helps NHS staff understand workplace issues, organise evidence and obtain human support. It combines AI assistance with review by a human advisor.
What the service is not
- It is not a law firm and does not provide guaranteed legal advice.
- AI output is assistance, not a decision about your rights. It is always labelled and should be checked against the sources shown.
- It is not an emergency service and must not be relied on for same-day deadlines without human confirmation.
Job evaluation and banding
Our banding tools produce an indicative assessment to help you prepare. They do not evaluate your job, do not determine a band, and do not predict what a panel will decide. Only your employer, through its job matching or job evaluation process, can determine a band. We do not guarantee any rebanding outcome, pay increase or back pay. A band review considers the whole job and may result in an outcome that is the same as, or lower than, your current band.
Time limits in employment matters are strict and short. Any dates shown are indicative and must be confirmed with Kelly; do not rely on this service alone to protect a legal time limit. Where a matter may involve equal pay, discrimination or a tribunal claim, take specialist advice (a trade union, a job-evaluation-trained representative or a solicitor).

Pilot terms
During the private pilot the service is provided free of charge and features may change. We will give notice before introducing paid tiers.
